Returns or exchanges accompanied by original invoice are gladly accepted 10 days following the date of purchase, providing that product is new condition with tags attached. Crescent will happily assist you with a defective return, if this unfortunate situation arises, in compliance with specific vendor return policy. Return items must be accompanied by a return authorization that can be obtained by contacting us at info @crescentmodesto.com. Shipping fees on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

The bulk of shipping is handled by UPS. We reserve the right to ship via another carrier if we deem necessary. Crescent cannot ship to a PO Box; a valid street address is required for orders to be shipped. Crescent is not liable for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit. Expedited freight can be requested, but is not guaranteed.
If we are out of stock you will be notified via email with an approximate availability date. Back orders will be carried unless canceled by customer. If you wish to cancel a backorder, Crescent must be notified in writing within 5 days of back order notification.
When processing orders for Uniforms and certain types of gear, the proper credentials and valid state photo identification must be supplied.
